PRODUCTION
We strive for efficiency at every stage of production – we use sustainable materials, we optimize the use of resources, we constantly improve our processes. Mųsų tikslas – to reduce the residues is to be able to protect the environment without harming the environment.
RECYCLING
Priority is given to sustainability – sorting is perdirbame production residues and renkamės recycled materials where possible. On order, we can manufacture products from recycled components – thus ensuring environmental responsibility and high quality standards.
GREEN ENERGY
From 2023 our factory is 100% supplied with electricity from renewable sources. This change reflects our commitment to clean manufacturing as a long-term environmental responsibility.
Our commitment to global goals
At Admen, we align our waste management and sustainability efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We contribute to long-term environmental and social impact by focusing on the following goals:
We conduct regular employee health and safety training and aim for zero incidents across all operations. We monitor indicators such as TRIR and LTIR to ensure continuous improvement in occupational safety.
We promote equal opportunities and regularly review pay equity. Employee engagement is actively measured through surveys and targeted initiatives are implemented to improve the well-being and inclusion of the work environment.
We actively promote the use of recycled materials in our manufacturing and offer our customers the option to choose sustainable raw materials. Our design process is optimized to reduce material waste and support the principles of the circular economy.
Our factory will run on 100% renewable electricity from 2023. As a result, we have reduced our CO₂ emissions by more than 75% per year, demonstrating a measurable climate impact from using clean energy.
Powder coating using green energy
We use powder coating on around 80% of our products, ensuring durable, high-quality finishes with minimal environmental impact. This environmentally friendly coating method produces virtually no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and reduces material waste. Importantly, the electricity required for our powder coating process comes exclusively from renewable energy sources, underscoring our commitment to cleaner production.
Recycled acrylic – lower impact, same quality
We prioritize sustainable materials whenever possible – including recycled acrylic, which significantly reduces CO₂ emissions during production. We can custom-manufacture signs using recycled acrylic sheets, helping our customers achieve more environmentally responsible results without sacrificing durability or appearance.
Sustainably sourced wood
We purchase wood exclusively from suppliers with a valid FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certificate. This ensures that the materials we use come from responsibly managed forests that meet the highest environmental and social standards. By choosing FSC-certified wood, we support ethical sourcing and contribute to the preservation of global forest ecosystems.
Green energy
From 2023, our entire factory will be powered by 100% renewable electricity. This transition marks an important step in our commitment to sustainable production and climate responsibility. The impact is clearly measurable: in just one year, we have reduced our total CO₂e emissions by more than 75%, and emissions per unit of revenue have fallen by almost 78%. These results show that conscious energy choices can deliver real environmental value without sacrificing growth or efficiency.
