1.1. This policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union and applies to all personal data provided to us and collected and processed by UAB ADMEN, legal entity code 300860736, registered office Pramone st 8A, Klaipėda. ADMEN is the owner and administrator of the website www.admen.lt, via electronic communication and through the conclusion of contracts for the purchase of advertising signs or other contracts with the company.
1.2. UAB ADMEN values and protects the privacy of its customers. This Privacy Policy explains the purposes for which and the legal grounds on which ADMEN collects and processes your data and how it is used. Your rights are defined in this section.
2. Purposes of the processing of your data by UAB ADMEN
2.1. conclusion and execution of contracts, management of the customer database, including the handling of customer complaints and inquiries, assessment of customer solvency, implementation of receivables management, and other purposes related to internal administration.

3.1. UAB ADMEN can collect your personal data only on the basis of the legal grounds for processing established in the legal acts. This is the legal basis for the conclusion and performance of the contract if you conclude a contract for the purchase of advertising signs or any other contract with UAB ADMEN. UAB ADMEN may also process your personal data in compliance with legal obligations (to meet the requirements of legal acts, as well as to respond to legal requests from the state and municipalities) or on other legal bases for processing specified in legal acts.
4. Submission of requests
4.1. we use and process your data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and text of the message) for the purpose of managing requests and responding on the basis of your consent expressed by entering your personal data and your message on the website www.admen.lt in the section “Contacts” ” and “Ask a question about this product”. If you do not provide this personal data, UAB ADMEN will not be able to respond to your request.
5. Duration of data storage
5.1. UAB ADMEN stores your personal data only for as long as required by the purposes of data processing or as provided for in legal acts if longer data storage is provided for therein. Personal data is generally stored for as long as claims may arise from contractual relationships or as required to enforce and protect the legal interests of UAB ADMEN.
5.2. We store the personal data of applicants for advertised positions until they have been selected for a specific position. Longer storage only takes place if the applicant has given his or her consent.
5.3. We store the data of your inquiries for as long as the question asked is being examined and for up to one year after the information has been provided.
5.4. Personal data that is no longer required is destroyed.

10. Applicability and amendments
